Okay, so we took our notice to appear documents and our passports to the federal building and found it locked with a note on the door saying that if you are scheduled for fingerprints today you should come back on a Wednesday. The building is closed in observance of Ford's funeral...
So, our adoption process is also postponed in the observance of the observance of Ford's funeral.
